@noomxx Sounds a bit high to me.
I have All-in operating costs of $10B AUD, and shipped 182 MT
So that would be $10B/182MT = ~$55AUD/t break even
@ 0.72 AUD/exchange rate that's ~$40USD/t - ASIC (all-in sustaining cost)
As you state, one other important factor is FMG is 58% fe, which is a lower grade.
So it's realised price is usually 15-20% lower than spot price.
FMG break even = $46usd/t
For comps...
RIO - $26 usd/t ASIC
BHP - $32 usd/t ASIC
VALE - $32 usd/t ASIC
