I wouldnt be too negative juston this EPS thing. Hebei will be after some more IO options.

EPS doesnt have the vanadium either. AXO first entered into a MOU with Hebei years ago.

I think its still on for AXO given this newly merged chinese steel operation ( something rivers !! ) that includes that company that refines vanadium.

Lets just wait for good news. Its all or nothing for me with AXO so i ride her to glory or death.

I still hope for EPA news this week, this month ,this year.

Once that is signed off things should happen relatively quickly if they are going to happen at all.

Also we have the notes buyback to look forward to. Thats if AXO go along this path but it does seem like a no brainer.
