Agree 100%, get rid of the damn debt.
As a shareholder with $250k invested in this pup even I would prefer they pay down debt first rather than a Div because I know longer term it'll pay greater dividends and get re-rated much faster than interim dividends for shareholders.
Could be wrong but just my 2c worth.
