I agree with most of that. SP currently suggest a 11 to 13c Range, a Bit more capex to be accounted for and remember the BB has been funded out of cash flow ( future dividends). The red herring here is a special dividend to use up some of the excess franking credits. Personally I don’t think the special dividend will be this 1/2 year , but rather once Labor policy and impact becomes clearer it will occur
