Lets not forget this management group and BOD set this current divy level last year with the new development costs from cash flow in mind. I don't think they'll be prepared to acknowledge they got their first major consideration wrong.
Best case is 12c divy (up 10%) and top up to BB account to 500m again(strong message to shorters).
Mid case is 11c divy (same as last year) and top up to BB account to 500m again.
Lower end is 11c divy (same as last year).
Anyone been keeping account on coat of BB so far?
All in my opinion.
