Like I mentioned a number of times irrespective of where the funds came from, it isn’t using money for productivity. If they want to squander money’s give it to the owners of the business directly otherwiseuse it prudently to improve productivity or pay off debt.
I bet FMG management wouldn’t be impressed if their employees were fiddling with KPI's figures to justify a wage increase.
That is what KMP are doing with BB. Pls enlighten me if my interpretation is wrong?
No one has mentioned what is the benefit to the business productivity that comes by using the BB concept, accept for some superficial benefit, which amounts to self interest both from KMP and some shareholders.
