The extract about TSR is from FMG 'Notice of Annual General Meeting 2018'.
If u can explain to me how the Remuneration Committee nulls the unintentional benefits of BB's for KMP.
It would be greatly appreciated as no one has given me a satisfactory explanation, on any company thread that I posed this question.
Every thread that I’ve put this question too, have simply side step this issue.
Company's have a reputation of saving fractions of a cent even on employee wages, yet we are content to allow management to get a benefit for basically not do anything.
As far as I can ascertain from the discussion is that BB < shares, > EPS, > DPS, > TSR % without needing any improvement in the business model.
