citigroup,GE, IBM, apple plenty more. But if you want to look at buy backs maybe look at warren buffet, arguable the greatest investor in history.
"When stock can be bought below a business's value it is probably the best use of cash." Warren buffet said this well before Berkshire Hathaway announces their share buy back. Think I will stick with this bloke, he seems to know what he is doing.
also note radicool at what price the buyback price has been. This is a smart buyback not some ramping irresponsible buy back.
