@jebuddy4 FMGMOT is one i've been trading recently. I don't trade long term, FMG is a great trade, has the swings that you look for and you can leverage your position both ways. (as long as you don't get caught out with the dividends)
Don't forget something with the stockmarket, it doesn't matter how strong a stock is (individually), most of the time it will follow the trend of the market, in which case is something to be cautious about.
It's not unhealthy to go down, picking it is where you make money (on the up and on the down)
