I receive a google alert on Fortescue which today picked up a job offer relating to a safety advisor position advertised on seek.

Interesting to me was that there were 210 employee reviews for FMG on seek that appear to be browse-able.
FMG has gone through some tough cost cutting times recently, so I would not expect heaps of glowing former employee reports - but at present former employees are rating it 3.4 out of five stars.
Possible insights contained in employee reviews? Maybe.
Here is an example chosen pretty much at random, except I've been a business manager myself but never at Fortescue.
