Thanks Mega, Yeah I agree, the only saving grace about house investment is you can tap the equity and get cheap money for things like FMG ( later down the track )
30,000 would be great, $60,000 a year plus franking credits would basically be a good retirement ( assuming they keep refunding unused franking credits )
