not all shareholders believe/prefer to invest in this FFI as article says so basically best option is to float it as independent stock and let those shareholder of FMG to buy / participate in IPO based on whatever they make out of FMG.... ! why everyone suffer just because company directors think it is the technology to invest... IMO.
Hydrogen is not another mining mineral/commodity so if Andrew was talking about diversification in Gold/Aluminium/Copper/Zic then it is different story as it is proven commodity which will give some return particularly when company is cash loaded but spending big chunk of dividend to something that is in trial mode is just doing what i want to do with my own cash at my own discretion ...!
