I look at the divi this way.
$1 in 1 month
$1 in 7 months
$1 Franking
Therefore $3 on a $ 20 share in 7 months.(say 15%)
Consideration is whether the SP will be north of $20 in 7 months? I think it will.
Simplistic I know but thats me.
