Twiggy also paid $2.75 p/s. for this 4m purchase, pretty gutsy especially when he's down to his last 2 bill.
Last year he paid $3.60 p/s from memory when FMG were holding a fire sale like now, but he didn't quite pick the bottom, they went to $3 before heading north strongly, again from memory, maybe he didn't try to pick the bottom.
I'm watching with interest......
