The attempts to sugar coat & change this are a PR stunt just painting over this truth.
And 9 years is a very long time.
And Hydrogen energy is also one of the highest carbon emitting processes also especially if using natural gas/methane CH4 as the majority do as carbon byproducts & energy used exceed that created.
And jet airliners emit massive amounts of carbon too, especially when travelling Perth to Hawaii for lunch for no good reason.
And the chinese IO refineries that process FMG IO into steel are pumping way way more than that from Scope 3 emissions.
And as for Tesla, Well Musk refuses to use Hydrogen calling it stoopid and he uses EV battery power mostly nickel and natgas even for his SpaceX rockets. So Tesla knows better I guess.
