This is not just my view but many similar views from Chinese news website and articles I read. Like you know I'm doing a lot research on China ATM and many view were that at the National Congress of the Communist Party of China, there will be new blood coming into the leadership roles, and they generally want to impress people. Most analyst see this as positive for the Steel industry.
