FMG is undervalued.
Even with the IO spot at $US55/t it is making a net profit after tax of roughly US$4/t or US$640M/yr.
And with net assets of $7.6B, 3.1B shares on issue, and a low AUD/USD, the SP should be at least $2.
It's been oversold.
