FMG options thread for all, page-10

Hey all, I have been trying to wrap my head around options for a bit So I can trade Fmg specifically as I have a pretty good understanding of the FA side of the company/market and learning the TA side currently.

I have read a little bit about it but then I look on commsec and it confuses me further as it doesn't reflect as clear on there as it does in the asx phamplet.

I'm mainly looking at making money when it rises (I believe that's a call?)

So if either of you if you have commsec could maybe demonstrate for me an option trade for Fmg going up higher in march.
Also can I exercising the options and hold the shares if it say goes higher then my strike price (I assume I only pay strike price and my original option trade like an issued company option?) as I may just add a large addition to my long term Fmg shares?
