Warnie, Im with your thinking on this except maybe Im a bit more optomistic regards impact on sp. This is not the time to worry about dilution unless they set the price ridiculously low. Not all capital raisings result in a drop in share price and can have the opposite effect due to the company being put on a sound financial footing. If the stock does go down a little it should be shortlived. It might even go up immediately if larger investors come into play because they feel their investment is more secure. No doubt the clear winners will be the lucky people who get the capital raising discounted shares.
