I have bushes but more importantly, I live next door to a reserve, a few trees there
I planted orange Canna Lilies and Agapanthus, full of liquid and some other stuff, all trimmed on a weekly basis
There was a gum tree (60' high), gone. There are a lot of shire verge trees
This is the closest I have seen fire.
I suppose people and shires plant trees to get away from concrete jungles
