Twitter closed ZH because they named a Chinese doctor and baldly stated he may be the source of the virus problem, gave address, workplace, ph # etc, such a personal attack is not tolerated by Twitter and fair enough.
But ZH info about the spread of the virus is days ahead of mainstream US and Chinese news in particular, [ imo they both fully deserve a Fake News label, US media is a sad joke ] and in serious subjects ZH usually proves later to be accurate. And Goldman with their charts and the large daily Mainichi Shinbun with their Japanese situation as of today, are quoted by ZH not actually made up by ZH editors just for clicks.
And I believe Twitter & Facebook dare not upset the Chinese, too big a market potential, so will censor as demanded.

But my opinions dont matter, just felt the rare need to chat a bit. As you say, time will tell
