Thanks @big e, I think @rurenga is better at it. I am enjoying this as I am making it for a great and close friend who has the big C, I guess that is the reason why I am challenging my skill level to do it. But he and his wife will be sanding it LOL. The table top is 45mm thick and is 1800mm x 1050mm wide. The timber is Blackbutt and will be finished in a hard wax oil finish from Germany called Evolution Satin.
Best of luck FMGers for tomorrow, I am sure that people scooped up a few bargains today. If so, good on you and I hope we start seeing some green soon.
