Twiggy would not enter politics. He is interested in some big global and symbolic issues, such as First Nation people equality, Global Modern Slavery elimination, Plastic pollution reduction in the Oceans, etc.
In the next 10 years, Australia will probably revisit the Republic debate. Queen Elizabeth II will be long gone and Charles will be ageing. We will probably vote to become a Republic. Therefore, we will need a new head of State ( President).
IMHO, Twiggy is making all the right moves for this opportunity. He is demonstrating ambition, drive, global leadership, egalitarian values and execution capability.
IMHO, he would be a "shoe-in" if the vote was by the people. He would also be a clear favourite if the vote was from the parliament or some elected/appointed representatives.
