My situation is similar went to RIO on 8/6.. I feel bad for the FMG workers that have gone 4 weeks on 2 weeks off.
FMG last year did a recruitment drive in the defence industry because most experienced mining workers don’t want to work a 2/1 roster and they have been struggling to get personal.
