Not a FMG stock holder, but free cash looks really strong. If only $275m AUD in tax next year there will still be heaps in the kitty from free cash to meet maturities. Sure things may change with iron ore price etc, but heaps of others will fall over before this co based on the numbers announced.
A downturn would probably mean their debt face value falls below par like before. Still makes strong cash at significantly lower iron ore values than now, so paying off debt like they did before below par would be the go.
Never be much of a commodities man, but this looks good for a longer term hold.
