One thing that does give me some level of confidence in IO price is that RIO and BHP have had a good look at $38 IO ie worst result in 12 years and worst result ever.I have no doubt these two were trying to take FMG out ,but they failed.There is no more talk about race to the bottom or supply gluts;if 4 companies that basically control the world supply cannot obtain a price that allows them all to make a decent return on investment I'd be very suprised!!
