Hi lads. Sorry to let you down but IO can definitely get down to USD55. It did over the last few years. In that scenario the low cost producers like FMG tighten their belts and the high cost producers go in to mothballs.
I doubt it will average that low but it can get there for a while. In fact it not only can but I bet you it will.
The long term average price is the key to the company value though not the noise of the short term. I reckon long term it will average more like USD100 which is why I reckon FMG is worth at least $30 per share.
