The notice is pursuant to the Environment Protection Act
and speaks of the Preliminary Documentation on display 'Quote". Fortescue is proposing to construct additional rail infrastructure between its Herb Elliott Port Facility and its Cloudbreak mine site. This include sections of rail duplication,additional sidings and spurs.The additional rail infrastructure will increase the carrying capacity of Fortescues existing rail for Fortescue and third party users.etc etc
