Two years ago I had a deep discussion with a senior energy trader working on a commercial solar panel proposal in WA on behalf of BP. He said back then that Twiggy Forrest had backed the wrong horse in hydrogen and he had no hope of the cost target of $2/kg for hydrogen. I guess he was right.
The question is now what does Chris Bowen do now given that Forrest was a huge player in hydrogen development.
