    obtaining approvals and firming development plans."

    Doesn't sound like they're backing off this!!!

    If IV was seen as part of the solution back in Feb when they signed a MoU and slipped us $25 million, surely we are still in with a v/good chance. Common March 2013 and common IOH!!!
