    Really really simple NPV calc, used 10% discount rate, income stream of $60m (i.e. 30mt pa @ $2 a tonne royalty)over 8 years.

    Using the current IO price of $115 I get an NPV of $2.28 so great levearge to the IO price.

    A 3% royalty rate at $100 a tonne at 30mt pa gives me $2.97.
