Also we (and I assume the brokers) don't know the exact structure of the IV royalty scheme with FMG so it's quite difficult for Mr Market to put a value on the Iron Valley deal with three big question marks:
1. Will FMG take up the option? Given the current market they will probably use up the full amount of time before deciding 31st March 2013.
2. What will FOB prices be when the ore is mined & sold some time later?
3. What is the exact % royalty paid on that FOB pice?
Easy to see why she is around 80c right now it's just too dicey right now to predict those things with a high degree of confidence. Safer on the sidelines for most I reckon.
Also Bungaroo PFS is not due until later Q4 so I reckon we don't really have any share price boosters in the immediate future unless they pull a rabbit out of a hat.
