No, their aisc is around US$28/t. The breakeven is when the spot price is US$39/t.
At US$50/t they are still making a profit of US$11/t or roughly US$1.815 billion per year.
Management have continued to deliver.
Shanghai has closed 2.5% up and the IO futures have improved since 4pm. The SP should go up tomorrow.
