I think I have made a reasonable call for the past month or two about $20'ish being the likely low this (supposed) bear season till the end of Oct ... that rising trend line of higher lows looks solid over 5-6 yrs.
And now that the US Senate has passed funding for the Fed for the next 45 days I suspect US and therefore global markets are in for a few good weeks.
