True somebody should not get smashed for a mere prediction but I feel the problem is that that it was not a mere prediction. Its fair to say he was doing a lot more than publicly stating what he thought the share price would do, their was also a heap of fear mongering, vague predictions and a lot of gloating when the share price would fall whilst taking undeserved credit for predicting the drop when in fact the small drops were unspecified in their timing.

Yes, I don't recall any other posters besides dear Tomboy demanding people "apologise now", or claiming that their analysis is "objective truth". That is literally saying that your words are not just opinion. Also, many of us were on the receiving end of rants and personal attacks for disagreeing, sometimes just a withering "LOL", sometimes a long diatribe.
