I would say Traders (not investors) are the ones mostly buying today. Personalities like what you describe cannot help themselves when the feeling of FOMO calls.
In the market where you are your own worst enemy. Everyone gets what they deserve. Those that gamble and treat the market like a casino will get the worst mileage. Those that invest, treat their money with respect with a long haul perspective will get mileage like you won't believe. That kind of investment longevity will get you rewarded with compound accretion
Seriously it is simple maths. Look at my post above Post #:70915827. At the time of that post 15/11/2023 my FMG holding was up 499%. Today at the current SP of $26.84 it is up $541%. FMG in my portfolio is accreting in a compound way. Those people that trade as their only means in the market will never taste compound accretion and that is really where most of the fun is..
Anyway, new ATH folks. Congrats to the investors that have been in this LT and good luck to the traders trading this today.
