He doesn't understand what investing is all about. He was a knee-jerking trader who lost the back of his shirt to short-sellers (his own admission) in 2015 and ever since then he is trying hard to make people follow what he did then (that is to 'lose the back of the shirt') !
As investors, we see a golden opportunity to add to our holding when SP declines whereas he thinks that it's dangerous 'catching the falling knife' !! That's why he bought on FOMO at the SP was around peak in 2015 then panicked sold when it was falling !!! He calls it 'clever' but any other successful investor would call it 'sheer stupidity' !
