the tails have petered out

the lows are being held and bought
positive TA showing up now, 3 in a row
ledge formed at biannual lows sub 19.00 around 18.20-18,60
should I go BUY on here?
Wait to see if it can fake rebound to 20-24 or will the impending western equity crash force it lower?
At 27-29 you boyz were all laughing at my 20-22 bear call but its now 18.50 ! I was SPOT ON indeed too high lol. Where are all the wrong rampers and laughers now?! Cat got your tongues again?
