Last weekly close on iron grabbed some liquidity and closed below major support. I'd be crazy to buy against that...
FMG has a weekly lower gap to fill, hasn't shown me any signs of pushing up yet. Once again, waiting for the monthly close... Last months close on FMG was aggressively bearish and closed below support, I'd also be crazy to try and buy against that. It has filled the major weekly gap, hasn't yet had a weekly close back above though...
If iron ore closes above support and FMG closes bullish then we might have longs, I'd like to see it grab some weekly liquidity first before the push up though. If iron ore closes below and FMG is still bearish then we could go lower.
That's my thoughts, DYOR!
