the monthly chart wont show you the daily candles nor the flooring pattern or reversal momentum the last 2-3 weeks, your focus on this is to look at the smudges on the old window not the bright sunny day. See below the reality -
Look at the RSI MACDs daily chart, 7DMA 10DMA 20DMA also -

20DMA now signalling a BUY on barchart
stochs RSI & MACDS all gone positive
MACD is now +0.611 the highest in 4 months
All stochs of all parameters are the highest now than in 4 months
the 9 day RSI is now higher than the 14 day RSI by a whopping 6% the highest move in 5 months

all reversing or reversed, TA is BULLISH now.
Expect a breakout to $20-22 on these numbers & momentum imho.
