Its just the first day of the new Month Candle, quite often a New Month candle can make a tail one way and then build the candle body in the opposite direction .
Because its just the start of the Month, its too early to say that this September Month Candle will close Red.
In actual Fact this candle still has a 50/50 chance of closing green/red at the end of September.
