If the All Ords drops further during the current relatively small correction, most stocks including FMG will be affected. Macro sentiment also needs to be factored in. But for now the All Ords is trending up longer-term.
FMG will eventually turn around and trend up, but for now I prefer to wait on the sidelines. I last sold around $5.50 for a break even trade. Been out ever since.
Many pro traders don't allow a losing trade to drop more than 10 percent below the initial purchase price. Others like William O' Neil set a 7 percent limit. Hence they would have long exited breaking down type stocks like FMG. They would also be out of AAPL and TWTR.
