Hi,

I read in the last BB notice dated 31/10 that the maximum price allowable under rule 7/33 was 4.0205. Hope I haven't missed something obvious here.

Could someone please confirm that this particular price was only up to that date of 31/10 as I am sure the BB will end up mopping up shares at much higher prices than 4.02.

Is this rule simply time based to avoid possible market manipulation?

ie Buying a load more shares in 1 day under BB could skyrocket the price etc.

If the maximum price allowable to be paid under BB is governed by this rule is there anywhere we can read what the maximum purchase prices are and over what time frame?

By the way I bought in while FMG was in the high 3s and like the look of the chart as supporting the price going up, backed up, of course, by the BB plus Twiggy buying more shares last week in his own private company name.
