It looks like a bit of a mini war-chest is being built within the bb (not really by design, the sp has moved ahead limiting the ability of the bb through max price rules).
The way I see it, bb is 12 months. Equates to approximately 250 trading days (after w/e and public holidays). That is $2m per day. We haven't had a bb notice for 5 trading days. So $10m extra available (actually closer to $12m as they were a bit low in the first week as well).
It's not a massive amount in the scheme of the overall bb, but could be valuable for supporting the sp on the inevitable down days.
