There is no manipulation, because they have said that terms in the announcement. If FMG management wants they don`t need to inform the market that BB is cancelled. FMG would notify maccas that don`t buy, it is simple as that. As we do not know the reasoning behind share buy back. why buy at 3.90 -4.00, as I see there is no big volume to indicate buy back.
Why is it BB happened yesterday suddenly with a large amount of shares ? ... wink wink ... because there would have been lot of questions asked in AGM today why there was no buy back
