I share your opinion about tenants and tenancy act. In Sydney the best thing was capital gain which made my life financially comfortable, I have just one akward tenant to go. I started share and option trading to late in my life, regret this very much.
Regarding IO price, it may stabilise in 55 to 60 range, 58% Fe and less has poor prospects.
