I agree and that’s what I was doing, even better than that, the investment loan interest is tax deductible. However I did this when Fmg was up at $7 last time and subsequently fell in the $3 .
So yes borrowing to get good dividend blue chips is definitely a worthwhile thing to do. But make sure you get the timing right.
