Weekly chart: RSI has an uptrend which it didn't break, and is currently challenging resistance at 60. Elder Force (volume proxy) also has an uptrend line which it did not break below.
Volume is pretty light though lately (Elder Force isn't fluctuating much above or below zero at all at the moment).
If RSI breaks above 60 it may drift upwards. Not much volume under it though so I'd imagine a drift upwards would be fairly half-hearted, just based on the current chart.
Overall I'm mildly bullish. And of course there's that dividend....
