The main reason is that a corresponding inquiry from wherethe related information was taken (https://stocktrack.com.au/asx/fmg/shorts)has already been recently discussed with the person responsible for the dataposted at that particular side.
Yes, there is some minor inconsistency in the data what has also beendiscussed as I spotted some "gaps" in the provided data.
Yes, unfortunately the more reliable figures on the total shorts are providedwith a 4 trading day lag.
