I think this is the best time + price for him to start buying like he has always done in the past...
if he does NOW then it will send the word to the shorters to expect some pain if they have just entered their shorts now (long term holders of shorts wouldn't feel the pain)...
short covering will be the biggest driver to any recovery... not impossible to see something 16.ab (low 16s) in a few week's time - a decent 12-15% upside from here
